We collect only the information you give us to fulfill your order — name, contact details, and the personalization you request. We never sell or share your information with third parties.

Orders

Please email your orders to orders@artrophies.com. Include the item number, quantity, personalization, due date, and contact information. There may be an additional charge for personalization. If you require a total amount or a proof, please be sure to include that request in your email.

Cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges.

Proofs

At your request, we will supply one paper or emailed proof at $12.50 per order. Approval must be received within a timely manner so your order will not be delayed. When additional proofs are required due to preference changes or revisions, a nominal fee will be applied.

Return / Refund

All orders are provided on a custom basis. Each award is designed, assembled and personalized with engraving and/or silk screening, and once built it is non-returnable, as it cannot be sold to other customers due to the custom nature of the item.
